What’s more, she shares videos from her routine on Instagram – an indirect effort to motivate her fans to make that magic too.

In a recent Instagram video, Preity Zinta is seen focusing on herself in her favourite place.

“My favourite place is where I can focus on myself,” she wrote.

In the video, the Lakshya actress is seen acing squats using a cable pulley. Squats are one of the most versatile of all cardio workouts – it targets the muscles in the lower body and helps tone the calves, thighs, glutes and obliques. Squats, across their variations, help reduce the risk of injury as well in the lower body.

Squats are one of the best ways to get ample movement throughout the day and strengthen the core as well. While performing this workout, make sure to maintain the right posture – chest out, knees over the toes but not beyond them, back straight and the core engaged.
